DMP 350 Series
Five midsize metal 3D printers on one proven platform — from single-laser application development to three-laser production — across the DMP Flex 350 and DMP Factory 350 families.
- One, two or three 500W fiber lasers
- Swappable Removable Print Modules (RPMs)
- Vacuum chamber holding <25 ppm oxygen
One Platform, Built to Scale With You
Every DMP 350 Series printer shares the same core: bidirectional recoating, a best-in-class vacuum chamber for the purest printing atmosphere, 500W fiber lasers, glove port access, and a standard 275 × 275 × 420 mm build envelope that can be swapped out for efficient material changeover.
Start with a single laser for application development and R&D, add a second laser for speed, or step up to three lasers and a larger build area for repeatable production. Choose the Factory configuration when you want powder handling and sieving built in.
Flex or Factory?
Same printing core. The difference is how powder is handled.
DMP Flex 350 Family
Designed to be the most flexible metal printer on the market. Swap print modules with ease for application and material flexibility — a reliable choice for R&D and low-to-medium production environments.
- Available with 1, 2 or 3 lasers
- Triple adds a 350 × 350 × 350 mm RPM option
- Ideal when frequent material changeover matters most
DMP Factory 350 Family
Takes the platform a step further with integrated powder handling and automatic sieving, reducing operator and environment exposure to powder while maximizing powder recyclability and lifetime usage.
- Available with 1 or 2 lasers
- Integrated powder management and sieving
- Built for productivity, repeatability and lower operating costs

Shared Across the Series

Build Flexibility
Swap Removable Print Modules with ease to maximize printing versatility and enable efficient material changeover. The DMP Flex 350 Triple extends the RPM concept by supporting two modules with different build volumes.

Best-in-Class Vacuum Chamber
The vacuum chamber design maintains an oxygen environment below 25 ppm for the purest printing atmosphere, resulting in superior surface finish. Bidirectional recoating and glove port access come standard.

Scale Up With the Triple
Three lasers deliver a productivity and throughput increase of up to 30% over the Dual models. Improved gas flow keeps a steady stream of argon pushing soot and condensate out of the build zone for better part quality — ideal for cost-effective production of parts like impellers and cooling plates.
